Jeffrey H. Zuck
Jeffrey Zuck, a visionary entrepreneur with over 35 years of experience in the Debt Collection Industry. He bought The National List of Attorneys (NL), a directory of law firms that handle collection matters with more than a century of experience, and grew it into one of the top collection attorney referral services in the country. Twenty years ago, he created the first electronic directory of collection attorneys by making The National List available on disc. Fifteen years ago, as the co-founder of YGC (YouveGotClaims), he harnessed the power of API data transfer technology in the industry. YGC recently merged with Vertican, with Jeffrey as one of the top three shareholders of the merged company. He’s served on the Board of Governors of the Commercial Law League of America and as President of the Association of Law List Publishers. He was one of the early supporters of the creation of the National Creditors Bar Association and continues to be an active and well-known contributor to that organization. |

Geoff Stevens
Geoff is the most recent addition to The National List team, joining us with more than two decades of leadership experience in marketing, product management, sales and account management. He oversees the team responsible for promoting The NL, bringing new products to market, onboarding new customers, and developing our value with existing client relationships. Geoff has a B.A. from University of Maryland, and brings a depth of experience working with successful tech startups and transforming small businesses. He was part of the leadership teams at Commission Junction (now CJ Conversant), and Efficient Frontier (now Adobe), both SaaS models utilizing high-volume data to create pay-for-performance online marketplaces using algorithms and automation to drive results for clients and value for investors. Geoff has lived and worked abroad in Europe, South America and Asia, and speaks five languages. In his down time he enjoys traveling to new destinations, discovering new food experiences, and exploring the great outdoors. |

Tera Emter
Tera joined the National List of Attorneys in March 2017. She came to the National List to find a new career. With over 15 years of Nursing experience, she has successfully used her skills in client services and customer service to transition into her new role at NL as Account Manager. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Nursing with a minor in Theology from the University of Mary. In her free time, Tera enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 daughters and yellow lab. During the summer months, she loves camping, fishing, gardening and anything outdoors. In the cold winter months, she prefers being home in front of the cozy fire or traveling to someplace warm. |

Heather Goldberg
Heather Goldberg joined The National List to forge relationships with forwarders to facilitate the flow of business to our network of attorneys. Heather began her career in the consumer collections arena and successfully developed her skill set to add commercial collections as well, including responsibility for sales and client management. She developed the expertise to work positively with a variety of clients from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. Heather's previous focuses have been on both recovering monies owed as well as assisting clients to improve their ongoing risk management of collectibles. Among other distinctions in the field, she is an active and published member of the CLLA, participating in and leading multiple committees including: Education, Marketing, Young Members Section, and Membership. Heather attended California State University, Monterrey Bay, is an avid animal lover, and supporter of the arts from Houston, TX. |

Brittany Winder
Brittany joined The National List of Attorneys in September 2006. She joined The National List while participating in a high school work program. After high school she attended Bismarck State College and graduated with both a General and Legal Administrative Assistant Degree. She chose these degrees based on her experience working for NL. On her days off you'll find Brittany, her Husband, and their daughter spending time with family and friends. They love watching movies, playing games, and the outdoors. |
