Specifically, The NL guarantees that actual claim value and actual contingency rates of placements for the NL Advocate* membership period, at a conservatively estimated 10% liquidation rate over time, will exceed the price of membership.

For example, $40,000 in placed claim value at 25% contingency rate and 10% liquidation rate over time would cover $1,000 in annual membership fees. On average, NL Advocate members receive eight times this guaranteed placement value amount.
